C95400 wear-resisting copper alloy is an aluminum-bronze alloy material specially used for tools. Its mechanical properties are similar to beryllium bronze, and its wear-resisting property is better than beryllium bronze, so it is an ideal tooling material to replace beryllium bronze.The material C95400 has been used to make high quality pipe bending molds for mechanical pipe bending. The new material is fully used in the automobile exhaust pipe after the guide die (tail tube die) and muffler stretch die, furniture, train, ship, aircraft and fitness equipment and other industries stainless steel pipe bending tools (anti-wrinkle die, anti-wrinkle die bracket, joint ball, joint copper ball, bending die, clamping die).
C95400 main features: high wear resistance C95400 material good wear resistance, wear resistance more than the level of die steel. Compared with steel die, the surface of non-strain processing parts has the advantage of non-strain product surface, which significantly improves the surface quality of products.
