Characteristics and application of graphite sleeve products

High purity graphite refers to the carbon content of graphite & GT; 99.99%, with good electrical conductivity, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, small coefficient of resistance, corrosion resistance, high purity, self-lubrication, thermal shock resistance, isotropic, easy to precision machining and other excellent characteristics.
According to the different high purity graphite production process can be divided into one dip one bake graphite, two dip three bake graphite, three dip four bake graphite four dip five bake graphite. The density of high-purity graphite is 1.7g/cm3 for double dipping and triple dipping and quadruple baking, and above 1.8g/cm3 for triple dipping and quadruple baking.
The graphite carbon sleeve has a split graphite casing, which is characterized as the graphite casing is composed of upper and lower casing. The length of the upper casing is 5% ~ 27% of the total length of the graphite casing. The interface form of the upper and lower casing can be positive cone type, reverse cone type, upper step type or lower step type. It has the advantages of high mechanical strength and long service life.
