1. The bearings mounted on the shaft are cleaned mainly by spraying oil or spraying with an oil gun. The oil stains that are easy to be cleaned by graphite bronze bearings are first used with kerosene and then gasoline; it is difficult to lubricate the bearings with steel sleeves to clean the oil stains. Rinse with hot engine oil at 100-200℃ or spray with oil gun, and then clean with gasoline. Be careful not to scratch the bearing with sharp tools: hard grease or rust, so as not to damage the smoothness of the rolling elements and groove rings of the imported bearing. Wipe the cleaned bearing with a clean cloth.

2. General cleaning method Put the bearing in kerosene for 5-10 minutes, pinch the inner ring with one hand, and rotate the outer ring with the other hand, the dry oil or anti-rust paste on the imported bearings will fall off. Then put the bearing in clean kerosene, scrub with a soft brush, wash the balls and the oil in the gap, and then put the graphite inlaid lubricating bearing into the gasoline to clean it once, take it out and put it on a clean paper. When cleaning radial spherical ball bearings and short cylindrical roller bearings, the balls, the ball frame, the inner ring and the outer ring should be separated for cleaning.

3. When cleaning the centripetal spherical bearing of an old motor or an imported motor, the balls, the ball frame, and the inner ring should be rotated laterally from the outer ring and then immersed in hot oil. The short cylindrical roller bearing should also be cleaned. The rollers, the bead frame, the inner ring and the outer ring are disengaged.

  During hot oil cleaning, the temperature of the oil should not exceed 20°C. If using an open flame to heat directly, care should be taken to prevent the oil from burning. The bearing should be hung in the oil pan. The sinking of the bottom will cause overheating and reduce the hardness.

4. Hot oil cleaning method. Because of the long-term use, the bearing hardened by soft dry oil or anti-rust paste should be immersed in hot engine oil at 100-200℃, clamp the bearing with pliers, and brush clean the oil on the imported bearing with a brush. . The soft dry oil or anti-rust paste will melt when heated to 100-200℃, and it will be easily washed out from the gaps of the imported bearings. Sometimes it is only necessary to shake the bearing several times in the oil. The oil will also flow away from the crevices.
