ZCuSn10Pb1 cast copper alloy

ZCuSn10Pb1 cast copper alloy, alloy grade. Its hardness is high, wear resistance is very good, not easy to bite dead phenomenon, has good casting performance and cutting performance, in the atmosphere and fresh water has good corrosion resistance. ZCuSn10Pb1 cast copper alloy can be used for high load (below 20MPa) and high sliding speed (8m/s) working wear-resistant parts, such as connecting rod, bushing, bearing bush, gear, worm gear, etc.

Tin Sn: 9.0 ~ 11.5

Zinc: ≤0.05(impurity)

Lead Pb: ≤0.25(impurity)

Phosphorus P: 0.5 ~ 1.0

Ni: ≤0.10(impurity)

Al: ≤0.01(impurity)

Iron Fe: ≤0.1(impurity)

Manganese Mn: ≤0.05(impurity)

Silicon Si: ≤0.02(impurity)

Antimony Sb: ≤0.05(impurity)

Sulfur S: ≤0.05(impurity)

Note: Total impurity ≤0.75

● Mechanical properties:

Tensile strength σ B (MPa) : ≥360

Yield strength σ (MPa) : ≥170(reference value)

Elongation δ5 (%) : ≥6

Hardness: ≥885HB* or about 90HB [1]

● Heat treatment specification: heating temperature 1100 ~ 1150℃; Pouring temperature 980 ~ 1050℃.
