Qsn6.5-0.1 Used for making spring contact pieces with good electrical conductivity, wear resistant parts and anti magnetic parts in precision instruments, such as gears, brush boxes, vibration plates, contactors, etc. Tin bronze is a non-ferrous metal alloy with minimum shrinkage, which is used to produce castings with complex shapes, clear Outlines and low air tightness requirements. Tin phosphorus bronze is corrosion-resistant in the atmosphere, seawater, fresh water and steam, and is widely used in steam boilers and Marine ship parts. Phosphor tin bronze has good mechanical properties and can be used as wear-resistant and elastic parts of high precision working machine. Leaded tin bronze is commonly used as wear - resistant parts and sliding bearings. Zinc-tin bronze can be used as high air tightness casting.

Hot working temperature 750 ~ 770℃;Annealing temperature 600 ~ 650℃.
