Slide foot mechanism of die casting machine
The casting frame part of the cold chamber die casting machine is to fix the head plate on the frame and connect the middle plate and tail plate with the head plate through the guide column. And the middle plate through the clamping rod mechanism between the head plate and the tail plate to open the mold, clamping reciprocating motion. A sliding foot mechanism must be provided at the lower part of the plate to support the plate on the steel belt of the frame, thus reducing the wear of the plate on the guide column during reciprocating movement. In the field of die casting machine there are two forms of sliding foot mechanism. One is to install the sliding feet directly on the middle plate, and adjust the parallelism by contacting the screws on the plane. The defect of this structure is that it is not convenient to adjust, and the parallel precision is completely grasped by hand, which is suitable for small models. The second is the sliding foot mechanism of two sliding blocks, which achieves the vertical adjustment by adjusting the upper and lower inclined blocks. However, due to the large adjustment space in the horizontal direction, the space position is limited. With the maturity of die casting machine technology, peripheral equipment is increasingly perfect. Under the current situation that most customers need to add auxiliary equipment such as die bridge between the middle plate and the head plate, the space limitation of the old middle plate sliding feet makes the design and installation of auxiliary equipment difficult.
